The purpose of our database is to make it easier to retrieve all babysitter's, parents, kids and appointment information on a single database, rather than scrambling through emails and different files to obtain the information they need. The reports generated contains information of babysitter location and their contact information, appointments by days, parents information, and further information like peak timings that would help in making the company a success. Using this information we created forms and queries to make it more efficient to track and organize all appointments and client details.
